The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives has opened recruitment for Senior Specialist (Infrastructure & Regional Connectivity) (PPS-10) at its China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Secretariat in Islamabad, part of the government's newly launched "Powering CPEC 2.0" hiring drive carried out alongside the Uraan Pakistan program. Eligible applicants must hold postgraduate degree in Management Sciences, Project Management, Economics, Transport and Infrastructure Planning, or a closely related field from a recognized institution., together with minimum 7 years of verifiable professional experience in regional connectivity, infrastructure development or related sectors, including demonstrable work on large-scale projects involving cross-border cooperation and regional economic-integration initiatives, a proven record of project management and stakeholder coordination with government agencies, international organizations and the private sector, and at least 2 years of managerial experience.
