The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives has opened recruitment for Senior Specialist (Media) (PPS-10) at its China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Secretariat in Islamabad, part of the government's newly launched "Powering CPEC 2.0" hiring drive carried out alongside the Uraan Pakistan program. Eligible applicants must hold postgraduate degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Development Communication, International Relations, Journalism, or a related field., together with minimum 7 years of professional experience designing, planning and implementing strategic communication campaigns, including digital marketing, with government, private-sector or international agencies, with demonstrated expertise building strategic narratives and creating and editing content such as writing, graphic design and video production, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
