Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring a Dispatch Rider responsible for the secure, timely and efficient delivery and collection of official documents, parcels, correspondence and other assigned materials. The role supports the Authority's day-to-day administrative operations by ensuring reliable courier services while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key duties include delivering and collecting official documents, files, parcels and correspondence from government offices, banks, vendors and other stakeholders; ensuring timely completion of delivery schedules; obtaining acknowledgements and proof of delivery; and handling confidential documents with integrity. The Dispatch Rider will also assist in transporting small office supplies between locations, support urgent dispatch requirements, and maintain accurate records of daily dispatch activity, alongside vehicle-management duties such as keeping the assigned motorcycle clean and roadworthy, monitoring fuel consumption, reporting maintenance needs, and maintaining valid registration and insurance documents. Candidates should have a minimum of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate), a valid motorcycle driving licence, basic literacy in Urdu with the ability to read simple English documents, and at least 2 years of relevant experience as a dispatch rider, courier or messenger, with government or public-sector experience preferred.
