Home & Tribal Affairs Department (Balochistan Police) under BPSC is looking to fill 19 Assistant Sub-Inspector (Women Quota) posts on a permanent basis. This recruitment is open to female candidates across Balochistan, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.
The position is classified under the BPS-11 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of BPSC. Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to permanent posts at this grade level.
The place of posting for this position is Women Quota — 19 posts (province-wide). Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of Home & Tribal Affairs Department (Balochistan Police) as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.
The posts have been distributed as follows: 19 women quota. Candidates applying under reserved quotas must provide supporting documentation at the time of application or during the interview stage to validate their eligibility under the relevant category.
A all balochistan domicile is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess a valid domicile certificate issued by the appropriate authority, and this will be verified during the selection process.
The age limit for this position is 18 to 35 years, calculated as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation, if any, will be granted in accordance with the applicable government rules and notifications.

Applicants must possess at least F.Sc / F.A from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.
Syllabus for the written test: Subjective Paper: (i) English Essay (ii) Urdu Essay (iii) General Knowledge (iv) Translation from Urdu to English and English to Urdu Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly according to the prescribed syllabus.
A Written will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by BPSC, and candidates must bring all original documents.
A physical fitness test is also part of the selection process for this position. Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards.
An application processing fee of Rs. 600 (non-refundable) is required. The fee must be deposited through the prescribed mode of payment.
Original treasury receipt (Green Challan) required; deposit in State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan within Balochistan or an authorized Government Treasury under Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM FEE RECEIPT BPSC, incorporating the relevant RCO/District-wise code (available at www.bpsc.gob.pk)
