About This Job

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), through its Directorate of Human Resource Management & Development, has advertised the post of Driver HTV (BPS-05) for male candidates on a contract basis. The person selected will drive the university's heavy transport vehicles, such as buses and coasters used for students and staff, so a valid heavy duty or PSV licence is essential. IIUI is a federal chartered public sector university based at its H-10 campus in Islamabad, and its transport section runs a large fleet that carries thousands of students and employees every day. The same notice also invites applications for the companion post of Conductor-cum-cleaner (BPS-02), and the university says the number of posts will be decided according to the positions available at the time of selection. For candidates from the twin cities who hold the required experience, this is a chance to join a well known federal university in a regular pay scale structure on contract.

The advertisement requires at least middle pass with 5 years experience. Must possess Heavy Duty License / PSV. The post carries basic pay scale 5, and the university reserves the right to shortlist candidates or to reject any application, the advertisement or any post without giving a reason.

The complete application can be delivered by hand or sent by post, and it must reach the HRM-I Recruitment Section in the Admin Block of the H-10 campus by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
