About This Job
Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is looking for an Innovation Analyst to join its Digital Health Innovation Lab in Islamabad. The Innovation Analyst identifies, evaluates and supports the development of innovative digital ideas, technologies and solutions for the health sector, conducting research, analysing trends and helping translate concepts into viable pilots or programmes for the country's health system.
Core responsibilities include researching emerging digital health trends and technologies such as AI, IoT and blockchain alongside global best practices relevant to Pakistan; supporting the intake, screening and feasibility assessment of innovation proposals; and assisting in the design and management of pilot projects, including data collection and impact evaluation. The analyst will prepare reports, case studies and presentations on innovation opportunities and outcomes, collaborate with programme teams, startups and external experts to refine solutions, maintain innovation databases, and support grant writing and proposal development for innovation initiatives. Candidates should hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in health informatics, data science, public health, medicine, biomedical engineering, business, economics or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant research, coordination and analytical experience, and a good understanding of Pakistan's healthcare landscape and digital innovation methods.

Qualification Required
