Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is looking for a Partnerships / Innovation Analyst to support private-sector, advisory-panel and innovation-ecosystem engagement for the Quwat initiative and the Housing & Real Estate Sandbox. The role sits at the intersection of research, partner outreach and product design for the housing-sector transformation agenda.

The analyst will map and maintain a database of developers, PropTech firms, banks, escrow providers, REIT/fractional platforms, architects, urban planners, legal-tech firms and construction-tech players, and coordinate advisory-panel meetings, working groups and stakeholder workshops. The role includes researching local and global housing-innovation models such as verified marketplaces, escrow, digital title, e-conveyancing, rental platforms, REITs and tokenised-property pilots; supporting the design of sandbox use cases and private-sector onboarding criteria; preparing concept notes, partner briefs and innovation-opportunity papers; and tracking partner commitments, proposals and follow-ups. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in project management, business, economics, data analytics, computer science or a related field, with 3 to 5 years' experience in innovation, partnerships, the startup ecosystem, real estate, fintech, PropTech, consulting or policy research, and a good understanding of digital platforms and fintech or real-estate innovation.

Qualification Required
