Qualification
Ph.D. in Law from HEC-recognized institution with 7+ years relevant experience; OR Master's in Law from HEC-recognized institution with 9+ years relevant experience. Must demonstrate evidence-based experience in legislative drafting, including preparation of Bills, Acts, Ordinances, Rules. Must be enrolled as High Court Advocate with minimum 5 years post-enrolment practice. Experience in IT/Telecom sector preferred.
