About This Job

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) is seeking a Creative and Design Expert to lead the visual identity, user experience, and creative communications for federal digital initiatives. This contract position offers 1 vacancy for creative professionals passionate about designing intuitive and engaging digital platforms that serve all Pakistanis. The role is open to both male and female designers and creative strategists. Your design expertise will shape how millions of Pakistani citizens interact with government technology platforms and digital services.

Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Communication Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI design, creative direction, or design project management. You should have a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital platforms, government or public-sector projects, accessibility-compliant designs, and user-centered design thinking. Experience with design systems, design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and cross-cultural design considerations is essential. Age requirements are 18–35 years for male and female candidates. No additional age relaxation for government employees is available. Your design portfolio and creative vision will be thoroughly evaluated.
