The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) is recruiting a Hackathon Strategy Specialist to design and execute innovation hackathons and startup ecosystem development programs for Pakistan's tech sector. This contract role offers 1 vacancy for strategic event and innovation professionals ready to catalyze entrepreneurship and technology innovation. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field, with 7+ years of professional experience in hackathon management, innovation event coordination, startup ecosystem development, or technology community building. You should have a proven track record organizing successful hackathons, accelerator programs, or innovation initiatives; building tech communities; identifying and mentoring startup talent; and coordinating with industry and government partners. Experience with innovation metrics, corporate-startup partnerships, and technology sector knowledge is highly valued. Age limits are 18–35 years for male and female candidates. No age relaxation for government employees. Your innovation strategy portfolio and track record will be key evaluation criteria.

Qualification Required

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience designing and managing hackathons, innovation competitions, or technology-focused events with a track record of organizing 10+ simultaneous events
