To be eligible, candidates must hold Master's degree (18 years' education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related field; professional certification required: PMP, CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Agilist from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Experience requirement: Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience spanning software development, digital project/program management, product management, and agile delivery in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

World Bank project experience advantageous; remuneration per World Bank guidelines
