Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) has announced a recruitment drive for 1 Telecom Infrastructure Consultant post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of MOITT.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Applicants must possess at least Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years of education) from HEC/internationally recognized university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Experience requirement: Minimum 18 years of professional work experience, including national/international project execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement preferably in Telecom/ICT/Digital sector. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

Contract position for 24 months; remuneration per World Bank guidelines for individual consultants
