About This Job

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) is recruiting a Lead Architect to design and oversee the implementation of Pakistan's National Open Data Ecosystem platform. This strategic contract position offers 1 vacancy for visionary IT architects ready to influence how government data is shared and utilized nationally. The role welcomes both male and female candidates with proven expertise in data architecture, systems design, and large-scale technology platforms. Your architectural decisions will enable transparency, innovation, and better government service delivery across Pakistan.

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent advanced qualification.
