About This Job

NADRA (National Database & Registration Authority) is now hiring a Chief Information Officer on a contractual basis with a six-month probation period (extendable at management discretion). This senior leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT executive to shape digital transformation strategy in Pakistan's premier identity management organization.

To qualify, candidates must hold a Master's degree with a minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant professional certifications are highly valued. The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles. Experience in the public sector, digital identity systems, national-scale digital platforms, or citizen service delivery is particularly advantageous.

Qualification Required
