About This Job
NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL), the technology and services arm of Pakistan's National Database and Registration Authority, is hiring one HR Executive for its Islamabad head office on a contractual basis. Working within NTL's human resources function, the successful candidate will support an organization that sits at the heart of the country's national identity, civil registration, and digital-identity infrastructure — a role that blends everyday HR operations with exposure to a large, technology-driven public-sector organization.
The position calls for a Graduation/Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, and degrees must be attested by HEC. Around two years of relevant HR experience is preferred. Day-to-day responsibilities span the full employee lifecycle: managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting with payroll processing, attendance and leave management, administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policy, handling employee queries, supporting performance appraisals, and preparing HR reports. Strong written and verbal communication, along with active listening, are called out as key skills. The upper age limit is 30 years, which already includes a five-year relaxation, and NTL specifically encourages applications from female, minority, transgender, and differently-abled candidates.
The role is offered on an initial three-year contract (extendable) with a six-month probation period, and only online applications submitted through careers.nadra.gov.pk will be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, where attested HEC degrees must be produced, and selected candidates must be prepared to submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates; those already serving in government or semi-government departments need to attach a No Objection Certificate with their application. No travel allowance is admissible for the recruitment process, and electronic gadgets are not permitted at the test/interview venue.
