National Bank of Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Manager Process & Control (OG-II/OG-I) within its Risk Management area, based in Karachi and reporting to the Unit Head - Process & Control, Retail and Program Lending Division.

The role requires a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international institution, with a Master's degree or relevant certification preferred. Candidates need at least three years of commercial banking experience in credit quality assurance, credit processing, internal audit, credit operations, compliance, or risk management. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining process, control, and quality assurance frameworks, monitoring adherence to internal controls and SBP Prudential Regulations, identifying process gaps and control weaknesses, conducting quality assurance reviews and field visits, and coordinating resolution of audit and regulatory observations.
