ID Management Officer – Allied Applications (OG-II/OG-I)

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an ID Management Officer for Allied Applications within its Information Technology function in Karachi, offered on a three-year renewable contract and reporting to the Unit Head – ID Management - Allied Applications. The role manages user identity and access across the Bank's deployed applications outside the core banking system, a security-sensitive function that keeps branch and back-office access rights properly controlled.

Candidates need at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan, with a Master's degree or a relevant certification preferred, plus a minimum of three years of IT experience, at least one of which must be in application ID management or user management of deployed applications, ideally at a bank. Core duties include the timely creation, updating and deactivation of user IDs in line with the Bank's IT security policies, managing roles and access rights, maintaining records of all incoming requests and jobs performed, coordinating with users on access-management support, training new team members on user-management procedures, and preparing MIS reports as required.

Qualification Required

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan; candidates having a Master's degree or equivalent and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Application ID Management and/or User Management of applications deployed, preferably in bank(s).
