National Bank of Pakistan is recruiting an ID Management Officer for its Core Banking Application (CBA) function within Information Technology in Karachi. The post is offered on a three-year renewable contract and reports to the Unit Head – ID Management – CBA. Unlike its sibling "Allied Applications" post in this same batch, this role is specifically focused on user-ID and access management for NBP's Core Banking System, which underpins the Bank's day-to-day transaction processing.

Eligibility requires at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan, with a Master's degree or a relevant certification preferred, together with a minimum of three years of IT experience, at least one year of which must be in application ID management or user management of core banking applications/systems. The role involves ensuring timely creation, updating and disabling of user IDs in line with the Bank's IT security policies, coordinating with users to provide access-management support, training new joiners on user management of various applications, and maintaining accurate records of requests and tasks along with the MIS reports management requires.

Qualification Required

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan; candidates having a Master's degree or equivalent and/or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Application ID Management and/or User Management of Core Banking Applications/Systems, preferably in bank(s).
