National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an Audit Team Member for its International Audit Wing, based in Karachi within the Audit & Inspection Group. Offered on a three-year renewable contract, the role reports to the Wing Head - International Audit and centres on auditing NBP's international operations and cross-border activity, an increasingly important function given the Bank's branch network in the UK and its overseas representative offices. It is a solid opportunity for banking professionals who want to specialise in international audit and compliance work rather than routine branch audits.

The Bank is asking for at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan, with a Master's degree or a fresh ACCA/CIA qualification counting as a plus. On the experience side, candidates need a minimum of four years of banking experience in international audits, management audits, or an international compliance function; prior exposure to auditing overseas operations will be preferred. Successful applicants will conduct International Audit Program engagements, hold meetings with auditee management, raise audit issues and draft internal audit reports, follow up on Corrective Action Plans, validate the rectification status of regulatory findings, and help implement internal and external quality-assurance recommendations — all while keeping the audit MIS and back-office records in good order.

Qualification Required
