About This Job
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Processing Officer to support its Credit Risk Management Division in Karachi, reporting to the Senior Credit Officer - Credit Risk Management Division. Offered on a three-year renewable contract, this role is essentially an executive-support position within the risk function, handling correspondence, scheduling and documentation for the division rather than credit analysis itself.
Applicants need at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan; NBP also wants a minimum of two years of experience in banking or a financial institution, with a preference for candidates who have touched Corporate, Commercial, SME or Agriculture financing on either the business or risk-management side of a commercial bank. Day to day, the Processing Officer prepares presentations, reports, briefs and official correspondence for the Executive, manages calendars and schedules both virtual and in-person meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, records and circulates minutes with follow-ups on action items, maintains organised physical and digital filing systems, handles incoming emails and calls professionally, and keeps MIS trackers and reports current, alongside monitoring office supplies and procurement needs.
To apply, use the "Apply Online" button above to reach Sidat Hyder's NBP careers portal — NBP's official recruiting partner for this batch — and select this exact post from the current listing before submitting your online application. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria in full will be shortlisted for a written test and/or panel interview, with no TA/DA payable for either. Applications must reach the portal by the closing date of 31 July 2026.
