About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an Audit Team Member for its Regional Audit Office function, with placement possible in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore. The post is offered on a three-year renewable contract and reports to the Audit Controller. Unlike the head-office-based audit roles in this batch, this position is squarely focused on auditing NBP's branches and regional offices across the country, a core part of the Bank's ongoing control assurance work.

Eligibility calls for at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan, with a Master's degree or a fresh ACCA/CIA certification preferred. NBP wants a minimum of four years of banking experience in audit, risk, or branch operations. Successful candidates will conduct audits of branches and regional offices under the Internal Audit Manual, engage directly with auditee management, raise audit issues and prepare internal audit reports, follow up on Corrective Action Plans with the relevant stakeholders, help implement internal and external quality-assurance recommendations, validate the rectification status of regulatory findings, and ensure timely escalation of any reportable or critical issues.

Qualification Required
