About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Section Head - Administration / Planning Officer to support its Audit & Inspection Group in Karachi, reporting to the Department Head – Administration / Planning. Offered on a three-year renewable contract, this is an administrative and planning role within the audit function, handling staff and budget matters for the Group rather than audit work itself.

Candidates need at least a graduation degree recognised by the HEC of Pakistan, with an MBA in Banking and Finance considered a plus, alongside a minimum of one year of working experience in a financial institution, six months of which should be in audit or finance. Responsibilities include coordinating Training Needs Analysis for the Audit & Inspection Group, managing administrative matters such as leave sanctions, staff joining/relieving, transfers and postings, assisting in preparing the Group's annual budget and variance reports, drafting Office Notes for expenditure approval, helping prepare memos for the Board Audit Committee on the Wing's affairs, processing overseas and inland transit allowance bills, and compiling staff appraisals for onward submission.

Qualification Required
