About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan is recruiting a Relationship Manager - Roshan Digital Account (OG-II) for its International, Financial Institutions & Remittances area at Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head - Roshan Digital Account.

Candidates must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing and/or relevant certification preferred, along with at least two years of relationship management experience; prior digital banking experience is preferred. The role involves sourcing new customers for Roshan Digital Account opening, following up on referred leads, providing telephonic support for account opening and documentation queries, conducting daily KYC lead reviews, and coordinating with Operations, Product, and Digital Banking teams for complaint resolution.
