About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Team Lead - Roshan Digital Account (OG-I) within its Operations area at Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head - Centralized Account Processing Unit.

Candidates require a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution, with a Master's or professional degree preferred, along with a minimum of four years of banking, financial institution, or fintech experience in a Centralized Account Opening Unit or similar function, ideally onboarding overseas/Roshan Digital Account customers through digital channels. Responsibilities include independently reviewing and approving RDA applications processed by CAPU makers, ensuring KYC/AML compliance and adherence to SBP guidelines and TAT standards, validating Enhanced Due Diligence documentation for high-risk relationships, and coordinating with business, technology, and compliance teams.
