The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications for the position of Unit Head - Counterpart Support / Quality Assurance Department (OG-I), based in Karachi under the International, Financial Institutions & Remittances area. The role reports to the Wing Head - Remittance Business and is part of NBP's continuing effort to strengthen its remittance operations and international correspondent banking network.

Eligible candidates must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international university, college, or institute, with candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing, or relevant certification, given preference. A minimum of four years of banking and/or financial sector experience is required, including at least two years specifically in International Remittance Operations and/or Correspondent Banking Support, ideally with exposure to complaint resolution and quality assurance functions. Core responsibilities include supervising the home remittance complaints handling team, liaising with NBP branches and overseas remittance partners for timely resolution of customer complaints, coordinating with the State Bank of Pakistan's PRI team on critical cases, and maintaining MIS records of remittance-related complaints.
