National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Unit Head - Home Remittance Business (OG-I) to join its International, Financial Institutions & Remittances area at Karachi, reporting to the Wing Head - Remittance Business. The role sits at the center of NBP's strategy to grow its home remittance corridors and strengthen partnerships with overseas remittance houses.

Applicants must hold a minimum Graduation degree or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international institution, with a Master's degree and/or relevant certification in International Remittances, Trade, ACAMS, AML, or CFT preferred. A minimum of four years of banking or financial services experience is required, with at least two years in Home Remittances, Correspondent Banking, International Payments, or related digital/fintech remittance functions. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth across the remittance business, analyzing market and partner performance data, overseeing onboarding and pricing agreements with remittance partners, ensuring AML/KYC/CTF compliance across tie-ups, and preparing MIS dashboards for management review.

Qualification Required

• Experience:Minimum 04 years of banking and/or financial services experience with at least 02 years in Home Remittances and/or Correspondent Banking and/or Handling International Payments and/or related functions including Payment Operations/Fintech Remittances/Digital Payments
