Job Description

(1) Develop motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations for NDMA Web TV, digital platforms, broadcast content, awareness campaigns and institutional communication. (2) Produce animated content using keyframe animation, compositing, visual effects, transitions, typography and graphic elements in accordance with approved creative concepts. (3) Design and develop Web TV branding packages, including channel identity, opening/closing sequences, lower thirds, title cards, bumpers, transitions, stings, programme IDs and other visual elements. (4) Develop visual content packages for NDMA alerts, advisories, disaster risk information, public service messages and emergency communication. (5) Translate technical and disaster-related information into clear visual narratives, infographics, animated explainers and data-driven visualizations for public understanding. (6) Create 2D/3D animated sequences for disaster scenarios, hazard projections, preparedness measures, response operations, early warning systems and NDMA initiatives. (7) Support the production team in incorporating motion graphics, animations, visual effects and compositing into video productions and live/recorded broadcast content. (8) Prepare storyboards, visual concepts and animation plans in coordination with content producers, scriptwriters and video production teams. (9) Ensure consistency of NDMA branding, visual identity, typography, graphical standards and approved communication guidelines across all visual content. (10) Maintain organized libraries of editable project files, graphic assets, animation templates, 2D/3D elements and final production outputs for future use. (11) Explore and incorporate emerging animation, visualization, motion design and AI-assisted creative technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of NDMA's visual communication. (12) Support rapid development of graphics and animations during emergencies, disaster events and high-priority public information campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of visual content. (13) Perform any other graphics, animation, visualization and creative production responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.
