Job Description

(1) Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network infrastructure in NEOC Hall. (2) Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services. (3) Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and provide technical support for desktops, video walls, SMD displays, and Domain systems. (4) Support Zoom/virtual meetings with all stakeholders. (5) Ensure backups and security of servers, Active Directory and DNS configuration with policies implementation. VM creation/monitoring and ensure optimal uptime. (6) Monitor IT systems, applications, and network performance which includes maintaining logs of system activities and incidents. (7) Assist in IT-related projects like mobile app support, system integration and VM servers.
