The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) has advertised a vacancy for Assistant System Administrator in the IT department of the NUST School of Health Sciences (NSHS), Islamabad. Core duties include administering Active Directory (users, computers, OUs, security groups), managing Qalam IDs and access permissions, configuring Group Policies and domain security, administering DNS/DHCP and network services, supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, maintaining computer labs, seminar halls and AV equipment, performing server backups and disaster recovery, administering CCTV and biometric attendance systems, managing the School's WordPress website, and coordinating with vendors on IT procurement and asset management.
