About This Job

The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), Lahore, has advertised one contract post of Team Lead Backend, SPPP-03, to lead backend development on ASP.NET Core and SQL Server, with mandatory daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot as part of the development workflow, alongside Docker, JWT security, and CI/CD pipeline management.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (Hons), 16 years of education, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or an equivalent field from a recognized university, along with a minimum of 8 years of backend development experience using .NET and SQL Server, including at least 4 years in a senior or lead backend role; experience with government or enterprise-scale systems is preferred, and private-sector experience is accepted where the employer is registered with SECP or another regulatory authority. The post is open to both genders aged 24 to 60 years, and Punjab domicile is mandatory, obtainable via the Dastak Doorstep Delivery service.
