National Sales Manager (Bancassurance)

About This Job

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) is hiring 3 National Sales Managers (Bancassurance) covering the North, South and Central regions of Pakistan, reporting to the Head of Retail Sales, to manage banca sales operations and drive revenue and market expansion.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized) — Master's a plus — with at least 10 years of relevant Bancassurance experience, including 4 years in a senior role and having managed a minimum of 300 banca resources. The maximum age at time of advertisement is 50 years.
