Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is inviting applications for the position of PMO Analyst to join its Digital Health Innovation Lab in Islamabad. The Lab works on modernising health-sector governance through data-driven project tracking, coordinated engagement with federal and provincial health departments, and the delivery of national digital health initiatives. The PMO Analyst will play a central role in ensuring that programs under the Lab are tracked, reported on, and delivered on schedule, working closely with the wider PDA team, Ministries, attached departments and partner organisations across the health ecosystem, and will represent the Lab in relevant meetings and collaborative forums nationwide.
The role involves collecting and consolidating project and programme data from various teams to monitor implementation progress, budgets, timelines, risks and key performance indicators. The analyst will maintain a centralised tracking mechanism for commitments, action items, deliverables and decisions, and will develop executive dashboards, analytical reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and governance forums. The role also supports the standardisation of PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting templates and project-management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana or Trello, and involves monitoring risks, issues and dependencies while assisting in work planning, resource coordination and milestone tracking. Some domestic travel may be required to support programme implementation and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in project management, business, economics, data analytics, computer science or a related field, with a PMP or similar certification preferred, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant PMO, project-coordination or data-analysis experience, ideally within health or innovation-focused programmes.
This is a contract position on the G-7 pay grade with one vacancy available at the PDA head office in Islamabad. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the National Job Portal before the application deadline of 31 July 2026. Applicants are encouraged to review the full post details on this app and prepare supporting documents, including an updated CV, degree certificates and any relevant certifications, well ahead of the deadline to avoid last-minute submission issues.
