PMO Analyst (Housing and Real Estate Sector)

Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide the execution backbone for its Housing & Real Estate sector team. The role is responsible for managing trackers, correspondence, KPIs, documentation, dashboards and follow-ups that keep the sector's many workstreams moving in a coordinated and transparent manner.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the master workplan, action tracker, commitment log and decision register; preparing minutes of meetings, follow-up notes and stakeholder correspondence; and tracking KPIs across verified parcels and units, workshops, MoUs, pilots and private-sector onboarding deliverables. The analyst will also maintain risk, issue and dependency logs, support the preparation of presentations, briefs, dashboards and weekly progress reports, maintain a repository of documents and approvals, coordinate calendars and workshop logistics, and support procurement and administrative documentation where required. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in project management, business, economics, data analytics, computer science or a related field, ideally with a PMP or similar certification, along with 3 to 5 years' experience in PMO, consulting, development projects, public-sector programmes or corporate strategy, and strong Excel, PowerPoint and documentation skills.
