Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is seeking a Program Lead for its Digital Health Innovation Lab in Islamabad. The Program Lead translates the Lab's vision into actionable initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures programmes achieve measurable health and innovation outcomes for the country. This is a senior, outcomes-focused role that sits at the intersection of public-health policy, digital innovation and programme delivery, working directly with government stakeholders, development partners and the wider innovation ecosystem.

Key duties include leading end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of assigned digital health programmes; collaborating with government stakeholders, development partners, advisory boards and ecosystem actors to define objectives, KPIs, roadmaps, timelines and budgets; and organising nationwide workshops to build consensus on the way forward. The Program Lead will run regular coordination meetings, present progress at governance forums, manage implementation partners, consultants and vendors, and identify opportunities to scale up successful pilots. The role also involves designing innovation, incubation and acceleration programmes with the startup ecosystem, organising innovation showcases and demo days, and ensuring alignment with national digital-health priorities and relevant Sustainable Development Goals. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in health informatics, public health, medicine, business, economics, project management or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of verifiable public-sector experience managing large, complex programmes in health, digital innovation or development.

Qualification Required
