About This Job

University of the Punjab's Pothohar Campus, Gujar Khan has announced one vacancy for Project Manager on a contract basis, carrying a fixed lump-sum monthly pay of Rs. 157,500/-. The initial appointment is for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance for the duration of the project, and the post is open to both male and female candidates.

Applicants need either a first-class MS/M.Phil (18-year) degree in Project Management with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience handling PSDP projects (preferably in the Higher Education Sector), or a first-class Bachelor's (16-year) degree in MBA/BBA/BS with at least 5 years of relevant PSDP project experience. Candidates should also have working knowledge of PPRA rules, project execution, PEC regulations, Planning Commission procedures and other government rules governing development-project implementation. The age limit for this post is 18 to 45 years as on the closing date.

Qualification Required

• Qualification:1st class MS/M.Phil (18 years) degree from an HEC-recognized university in Project Management with at least 3 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education Sector; OR 1st class Bachelors (16 years) degree from an HEC-recognized university in MBA/BBA/BS with at least 5 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education Sector. Candidate should have knowledge of PPRA, Project Execution, PEC, Planning Commission, and other Govt rules/procedures prescribed for implementation of development projects.
