The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), Lahore has invited applications from Police Department personnel posted in Punjab for the contractual post of Chief Implementation and Monitoring Officer (CIMO), grade PSCA-04, at the PPIC3 Centre in Lahore. One position is advertised, and the vacancy count can be raised or reduced at any time in case of exigency. The officer will implement the Authority's policies in letter and spirit, coordinate with stakeholders on operational matters, oversee training module implementation alongside the Chief Operating Officer, and supervise the work of the CTO, CISO and related technical and operational leads. The post also covers Punjab-wide operational monitoring, including crime monitoring through Pre-EDAC and EDAC, traffic monitoring, surveillance and automated challans, and Emergency 15 response and dispatch operations, so it is a senior leadership role within the province's safe-city programme.

Applicants need a Master's degree or sixteen years of education in Law, Engineering, Public Administration, IT or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognised institution, together with at least eight years of police service in a supervisory position and exposure to policy formulation or analysis, organisational development and organisational management. Experience with enterprise IT systems, command-and-control infrastructure or digital policing solutions will be given preference, as will exposure to an international learning environment. The age limit is 30 to 45 years, and the salary package is as per PSCA Grade 04. The advertisement is open to both genders with no stated domicile restriction, and candidates already employed in Government, Autonomous or Semi-Government organisations must apply through the proper channel. If a degree is from a foreign institution, an HEC equivalence certificate must be provided.

Qualification Required

Key Responsibilities

Implement policies of the Authority in letter and spirit.,Ensure coordination with all stakeholders on operational matters.,Oversee training modules implementation and interact with key stakeholders along with Chief Operating Officer (COO).,Ensure that vision and policies of the Authority are communicated to all concerned without failure.,Ensure that other units coordinate with each other during implementation of the projects.,Liaise with consultants and contractors on regular basis.,Ensure that risks and delays in implementation are timely highlighted and mitigated.,Supervise the work of CTO, CISO and associated technical/operational domain leads.,Oversee Punjab-wide operational monitoring including, but not limited to: Crime monitoring, Pre-EDAC and EDAC (Electronic Data Analysis Center); Traffic monitoring, surveillance, and automated challans; Emergency 15 response and dispatch operations,Take all lawful steps to achieve targets assigned by the Authority.
