About This Job

Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 38 vacant Deputy Manager (Internal Affairs) posts within Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The position is classified under the SPPP-04 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to contractual posts at this grade level.

Duty station: District Enforcement and Regulatory Boards (DERBs), Punjab. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Punjab as operational needs arise.

Candidates must be between 22 and 60 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Applicants must possess at least Bachelors / HSSC level education in any discipline from an HEC recognized Institution from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Applicants are required to have 5 years' experience in Armed Forces, Police, or Law Enforcement Agency; preference for intelligence organization background. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.
