Applicants must possess at least Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university (16 years total education) from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A minimum of Minimum 8 years post-qualification in software development; at least 4 years in technical leadership or senior developer capacity is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.
