About This Job

Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1000 vacant Sergeant posts within Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). The appointment will be made on a permanent basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

Falling under BPS-7, the post offers a compensation package in line with government pay scales for permanent appointments. The exact salary and benefits will be determined as per the rules and regulations applicable to permanent positions at this grade.

The posting will be at Lahore (300), Bahawalpur (90), D.G. Khan (50), Faisalabad (90), Gujranwala (90), Gujrat (50), Multan (90), Rawalpindi (150), Sahiwal (50), Sargodha (50). However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) within Punjab or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-26 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

To be eligible, candidates must hold Intermediate (12 years of education) from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, any discipline; specific physical standards (BMI, height, running time, chest measurement, eyesight) required and differ by gender from a recognized institution.
