- Qualification:Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from an institution recognized by the Government of Punjab
- Experience:10 years minimum post-qualification experience in scrutiny of structural drawings, quantity surveying, and scrutiny of rough-cost and detailed-cost estimates of projects containing civil, mechanical and electrical items of work
