Quantity Surveyor (Works Directorate)

About This Job

NUST's Works Directorate in Islamabad is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support the planning, execution and financial control of construction and infrastructure projects. Duties include preparing and vetting BOQs and engineer estimates, preparing rate analyses, variation and deviation orders, conducting on-site measurement of works and reconciling with approved drawings, ensuring compliance with contract clauses and cost-control measures, and maintaining step-wise case records.

Candidates must hold a DAE in Civil Engineering or a B.Tech Hons in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Experience requirements are 15 years for DAE-qualified candidates or 8 years for B.Tech (Civil) qualified candidates. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Quantity Survey software, along with knowledge of FIDIC and PEC regulations, is required. The eligible age range is 25 to 45 years.

Qualification Required
