About This Job
Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and external stakeholders. The role manages front-desk operations, handles communications, coordinates visitor services and provides administrative support to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors and officials, managing visitor registration and passes in line with security procedures, and directing visitors to the correct departments and meeting rooms. The Receptionist will answer, screen and transfer telephone calls, respond to general enquiries by phone and email, record and relay messages accurately, and receive, record and distribute incoming correspondence and courier deliveries while coordinating outgoing mail. Further duties include maintaining reception logs and visitor records, assisting in scheduling meetings and room bookings, providing administrative support to various departments, liaising with security and housekeeping teams, and assisting during official events and VIP visits, all while maintaining confidentiality of organisational information. Candidates should hold a minimum of Intermediate qualification from a recognised board, with a diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service considered an advantage, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative or Administrative Assistant; experience in government or reputable corporate organisations is preferred.

Qualification Required
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate from a relevant board-recognized institution. Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service shall be an added advantage.
