The University of the Punjab has announced recruitment for the post of Security Guard (Male) on a daily-wages/contingent basis under Advertisement No. 1307, based at the university's main campus in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for watch-and-ward duties, access control and general security of university premises, working in shifts as assigned by the security office. Candidates should hold at least a Middle/Matric certificate, with ex-servicemen and those with prior security or watch-and-ward experience given preference; applicants must be physically fit and medically sound. This post is reserved for male candidates between 18 and 40 years of age as of the closing date; candidates from all domiciles may apply.
