Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience:Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital/IT program implementation, large-scale IT operations, or public/donor-funded projects; at least 3 years on World Bank or other IFI-financed projects
