Sukkur Water & Sewerage Corporation (SWSC) is recruiting one Chief Financial Officer (CFO) through the Open Testing Service (OTS) under Advertisement Code PSE2026A, the second senior statutory post among the 46 contract positions in the corporation's Sukkur recruitment drive. Appointed by the Board of Directors through a competitive process under Section 16 of the Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation Act, 2023, the CFO develops and executes SWSC's financial strategy, oversees budgeting, treasury, billing/recovery and statutory reporting, and reports to the CEO and, on financial matters, to the Board.

Candidates must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants — CA (ICAP), ACMA (ICMAP) or ACCA (fully qualified) — a mandatory requirement under PSC (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013, Rule 18(2)(a); CFA or an equivalent investment/financial-management certification, and a postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration or Public Administration, are considered additional advantages. A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience is required, preferably ten to fifteen years overall in financial management, accounting or public-sector finance, including two to three years in a senior financial-leadership role (CFO, Director Finance or equivalent) in a public-sector utility, government entity or large organisation; experience in public-sector budgeting, cost-recovery management, statutory financial reporting and utility billing/revenue operations is strongly preferred, and prior representation before the Auditor General of Pakistan or the Public Accounts Committee is a significant advantage. The appointment is for an initial three-year contract term, subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board, with a market-based competitive package determined by the Board of Directors; the post is open to men and women, with quotas and age relaxation applied per Government of Sindh policy.

Qualification Required
