Sukkur Water & Sewerage Corporation (SWSC) is recruiting thirteen Underground Coolies through the Open Testing Service (OTS) under Advertisement Code PSE2026A, part of the corporation's 46-post contract hiring drive across its Sukkur sewerage disposal stations. Assigned to the Waste Water Wing and reporting to the Sub Engineer/Waste Water Field Supervisor, Underground Coolies perform manual desilting and cleaning of sewer lines, manholes and underground chambers, working in confined spaces under strict safety procedures.

Candidates need Primary education, which is preferred, and two to three years of prior experience, with manual sewerage works or confined-space operations considered an advantage. The posts are open to men and women equally, disabled-persons, minority and women's quotas apply per Government of Sindh policy with matching age relaxation, and candidates within Sukkur's jurisdiction are preferred though not a strict requirement.
