The Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (PRMPU), under the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, has announced two vacancies for Technical Documentation Officer within the Mega Projects Unit (MPU) of the "Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU)" project, advertised 4 August 2026. Graded PPS-7 and based at the Unit's Lahore office, these posts will maintain the documentation standards for TPRMPU's project records and reporting.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in English, Communications, Law, or Technical Writing from an HEC-recognized university, along with three to five years of experience in documentation work. The advertised age bracket is 25 to 45 years, open to both male and female applicants, and a valid Punjab domicile is mandatory; candidates without one may obtain it through the Dastak doorstep delivery service (call 1202 or the Dastak app).

The Technical Documentation Officers will prepare and standardize project documentation, manage records, manuals, and reporting formats, and ensure compliance with quality-assurance requirements across the project.
