First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring a Unit Head for Policy & Governance within its Risk Management Division at Head Office, Karachi. The role develops, reviews, and maintains enterprise-wide risk management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and international best practices.

Key responsibilities include coordinating periodic policy reviews and management/board approvals; maintaining the policy governance framework and document repository; monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on risk policies; ensuring compliance with central bank regulations; coordinating regulatory submissions related to risk governance; maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework; supporting business units in embedding risk management practices; tracking risk governance metrics; and overseeing reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), with 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
