The posting will be at ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Islamic Banking Group within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-50 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International); candidates holding specialized qualifications such as AAOIFI (CIPA/CSAA) or NIBAF diplomas encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Minimum 08 years of professional experience in banking operations, Shariah compliance, or branch management; preference to candidates with strong understanding of SBP Islamic Banking regulations, Shariah Governance Framework, Islamic financing products and documentation. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

An interview will form part of the final selection stage. Only candidates who clear the written test and any preliminary screening will be invited. Candidates should bring original documents for verification.
