The Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets for assigned Medical Centres, plan promotional activities such as health events and medical camps, coordinate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory and support-service teams to ensure smooth daily operations, supervise financial processes including cash handling and compliance with Finance Department policy, prepare staff duty rosters and overtime reports, monitor staff performance, ensure full credentialing and documentation of practising doctors, manage inventory of medical and consumable supplies, and participate in Quality Improvement forums. Candidates should be a graduate with 7-9 years of work experience in the service industry (including 3-4 years at supervisory level in a healthcare institution) or hold a Master's degree with 2-4 years of related healthcare experience, with strong marketing understanding, team-coordination skills, and fluency in English and Urdu.
